Your Instructor's Biography

Tricia L. Lincoln, JD

I began my professional career in 2008 at Retirement Concepts Group, LLC. I completed and received my Life, Accident, & Health License as well as my Series 6 & 63 Securities Licenses and advanced to the position the Vice President of Operations. My time at Retirement Concepts Group, LLC, instilled in me a passion for helping people with their financial, estate, and business planning.

I had always wanted to be an attorney. So in 2013, I applied to the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and completed both my J.D. and my Masters of Law (LLM) in taxation. During law school, I participated in the Estate Planning Externship Program.

I enjoy the challenges that each unique situation brings. I enjoy helping individuals, families, and business find the solution suitable for them. At Jones, McCoy & Lincoln, P.A., I’m able to further my passion for helping others by focusing on estate planning, special needs planning, business planning, and civil litigation.

Outside of work, my hobbies are golfing, fishing and playing the piano. I also enjoy spending time with my husband and two step-daughters.
