Donald M. Denstaedt, CFP®, CFS®

Donald has nearly 25 years of experience in personal finance, corporate finance, and insurance planning. He co-founded and participates on the leadership team of Platinum Wealth Management Group, Inc., a financial and insurance planning firm. Don is also an instructor at Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, where he teaches various courses in the post-graduate certification program.

Don is licensed as an insurance counselor and insurance agent offering life and health insurance. He holds securities registrations Series 6, 63, 65, and 7. Don is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative. Don is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER PROFESSIONAL™.

Don graduated from Wayne State University with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He completed his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certificate coursework at Oakland University and has completed numerous courses in financial planning from various educational institutions. Don and his wife Sheila live in Rochester, Michigan with their son, Justin.
