Expert-Led Round Table Discussion

Sometimes the best learning doesn't come from formal classes or textbooks, it comes from others who have walked that path before.

These monthly zoom meetings provide a collaborative learning experience designed to elevate the skills and knowledge of financial planning professionals. Round Tables offer a forum for financial planners to learn from experts as they dive into case studies, discuss possible solutions, provide communication techniques, and share best practices. Whether you're a seasoned planner or just starting your career, learning from the experience of others is a great way to continue your professional growth and development in the ever-evolving field of financial planning.

What to expect:

  • Expert Guidance: Study groups are led by seasoned financial planners who also CFP® instructors.
  • Case Studies: Real-world examples are the cornerstone of our discussions. Participants can either bring a case from their practice or listen in to hear cases brought by their peers from across the country.
  • Interactive Discussions: The Round Table format encourages open and dynamic discussion among participants. Participants can: ask questions, share their experiences, and engage in meaningful dialogues that foster learning.

Disclosure: Information discussed during Round Table Sessions is for educational purposes only and does not constitute tax, legal, or investment advice. Note that cases will be chosen at the sole discretion of the moderator. Bringing a case for discussion does not necessarily mean that your case will be chosen. If your case is chosen, please do not disclose any personally identifiable information. If your case is not chosen or if you’d like a more in-depth discussion, please check out APEG’s Pro-Desk where you can consult with an expert on an hourly fee basis.
